Sorry for not posting yesterday, weekends are crazy in my house :3

As for things I've accomplished:
Inked a cover to a story
2 commissions
Started a chapter of Across the Universe
Organized my pens because, lol, my favorite pen died and I hoped I had a spare. I did not.
Other than that I've been busy! The cover took ages to ink. I haven't scanned it yet because there are some details that don't get inked and will only be added with color, so I haven't decided how to go about that yet.

Tenameru Character Profile

Tenameru is an elf from the other realm (which is explained in my story, I just don't want to give TOO much away). He's afflicted by a terrible curse (also explained in the story, lol) where he cannot go into the light. His eyes are dark and upon further inspection look like the sky at night. His vision is afflicted because of this darkness living with him. Despite that, he's a very kind hearted and gentle man. Tenameru is 6'0" with pale skin from his life in darkness. He has no scars (as I note up there, all his scars are emotional lol) of note. His outfit is worn as is his staff from years of hiding in the shadows unable to find new belongings. I'm unsure of his color scheme, back in the old days it was yellow and orange, but it won't be anymore, it will be more muted to suit his hiding. His hair however is a rich ocean blue. He wears a necklace of the moon that once belonged to his wife and it is all he has left of his family. He is a powerful mage, capable of using the elements to his every whim. However, the magic makes him weary with overuse.

Sorry for not updating the last few days! I was sleepy pretty early on.

As for accomplishments! :D

- I finished my Across the Universe chapter today and tomorrow I will edit it in the morning before posting. I know I'm behind on it again but man, it's been a hard week for motivation!
- Finished sketching my Sailor Moon redraw, I'll post them side by side here in just a moment.
- Started writing in Staff of Dreams before sending it back to Michael hopefully later tonight.
- The night is still young, I'm hoping to draw another Cursed Character Profile!

Today wasn't very fruitful either, seeing as I spent most of it fighting with this blog. I couldn't respond to comments (which has been a recurring issue on YouTube for me as well). So I finally upgraded to Google Chrome and so far so good. Everything seems to work the way it's supposed to which is a pleasant change.

Creative-wise:
- Began a Sailor Moon redraw because I can.
- Wrote in Chapter 21 of Across the Universe
- Worked on my map of Eurchiro for Cursed.

Seth Character Profile

Currently I'm working on character redesigns for my upcoming novel Cursed. It doesn't change the story at all or anything, so it doesn't impact the current writing but I want to have them as visual aid for future art or any commissions I may eventually get. When I first came up with these characters I was a kid and I hadn't really thought out what they would be doing, their environment, and their upbringing. I just drew what I thought was cool back then.

So here we have Seth, who is a vampire, which in this world is a creature of the devil. It's a form of purgatory.
Seth is from the North and they speak quickly with sharp witty sounding accents. The north is filled with mountains and sand so it's generally a warm climate and people there tend to have olive/darker skin. Seth, however, spent long periods of time underground and in the darkness due to his affliction so his skin is a sickly grayed out olive color.
He's 6'0" tall with elongated pointed ears. He doesn't care much about his personal appearance so has let his hair, which is a very dark brown almost black, grow long and usually pulls it out of his face. He does however keep his bangs because he doesn't like his slight widows peak. He's of average build, with broad shoulders. His fangs are elongated in true vampire fashion of course. He has the scar on his neck from his turning, scars from a near death experience on his ears, and scars from an attack on his chest and his back. He wears a necklace that was owned by his mother and was bewitched to keep him from suffering in the light of day. He is, however, stronger in the darkness and the shadows. At will he can turn his hands and feet into demonic looking claws but he prefers not to. Seth is a gentle soul, though he was once bitter and angry. Now he's borderline goofy and working to make amends for the sins he committed.

Aykra's Character profile

Another character profile I've finished!
This is Aykra.
She's 5'5" with green eyes and wide hips.
She struggled with her weight for years as a child so works hard to keep it off now that she's older. She's from the main continent in the southeast and has lived there her whole life. She has light brown hair and average peach skintone. She wears a glass fire pendant that her friends gave to her when she was younger and they vowed to be best friends forever! (corny, I know, lol) She's very kind and thoughtful and strives to help others as often as she can. When I describe her in one word for this story it's: innocent. She truly does want to help others around her. She has a tattoo of a blue butterfly on her back, taking flight which she says symbolizes her freedom from her past which is as much a mystery to her as it is to those around her. Aykra is NOT the main character in Cursed, she's just another secondary character. I used to dislike her when I was younger but the older I got and the more developed this story became the more fond of her I am.

And So I Begin Another Project.

As I continue my journey to get a book published I find myself revisiting the idea of a blog. Why? Because sometimes I need motivation to keep myself going, particularly on days like today! A blog, sometimes, is like having someone to answer to. Even if it's just me posting an update on what little I have accomplished each and every day it is still somehow validates my efforts.

What are my Goals?
I'm glad you asked, vague bold internet letters that mysteriously appeared on my screen. In 2013 I was working on a joint novel with a friend but am no longer involved in that project. I also had a sketch-a-day blog on Tumblr. Unfortunately, Tumblr became a giant timesuck and isn't really much of an actual blogging website. So I have, this year, returned to Blogger to be more ~professional~. My goals are as follows:  
- Finish writing my first original novel, Cursed (name pending). This includes more than just writing, it includes backstory, character design, maps, and all that nonsense.
- Do a little doodle everyday, even if it's a stupid sketch that makes no damn sense!
- Finish Iron Clad: Across the Universe, Iron Clad: Echoes, and The Staff of Dreams my fanfiction. Yes, I write fanfiction. So there.
-  Return to YouTube and get better at video editing. Seeing as my editing skills are negative, that is quite the challenge. My desktop that did all my recording died back in September but I'm hoping to get it fixed in the coming weeks. My YouTube page has 260+ subscribers now and I never expected to get any at all. I can't believe how well it's done and I feel bad that I have unfinished books. Plus, I miss it! I miss it so much.
- Suck less at social networking. Hence this blog. Hello internet! I welcome you.
- Open Commissions again. I will be posting a page specifically for pricing here soon enough. 

That's Great. What Can We Expect to See Then?
Wow, internet letters you are great at this question thing. How inquisitive you are! As I go along I will be posting updates to YouTube, including videos and changes I've made. I will post each night at Midnight what I accomplished that day even if it was absolutely nothing! Most likely you will receive links to chapters I've completed of the above listed fanfiction like clockwork each week, I'm fairly predictable with those. Art will be posted with an explanation as to what it is as well as text updates as to what I've accomplished with Cursed or any of the other 3000 ideas I have. Sometimes I may even post recipes because I very much enjoy baking as well! But that will likely be few and far between. Sometimes you'll see Maps, Character Sketches, doodles, nonsense, rejected ideas. Who knows!
